Our client's Executive Team faced significant challenges with their existing contract management processes, which were manual, cumbersome, and inefficient. The lack of automated notifications and a clear tracking system made it increasingly difficult to monitor contract statuses and adhere to critical deadlines, leading to potential delays and compliance risks.
To streamline and enhance the contract management lifecycle, we engineered an integrated Contract Tracker solution utilizing the robust capabilities of SharePoint and the Power Platform. At the core of this solution is a SharePoint-based Kanban-style dashboard, providing executives with a dynamic visual overview of contracts moving through various review stages.
This intuitive interface is complemented by a secure, custom-designed Power Apps form that enables staff to submit contracts for review efficiently. With role-based security measures in place, sensitive information remains accessible only to the contract review team and designated executives. Furthermore, leveraging Power Automate, we implemented a system of automated reminders and notifications that are directly pushed to Microsoft Teams channels, complete with links to the relevant documents.
